Tanuj Kapilashrami: The Future of Work at Standard Chartered (Episode 39)

This conversation is part of the Future of Work Pioneers Podcast. Today we are speaking with Tanuj Kapilashrami, the Group Head Human Resources at Standard Chartered. Tanuj joined the Management Team as Group Head, HR in November 2018. She joined the Bank in March 2017 as Group Head, Talent, Learning and Culture, and took on additional responsibility as Global Head HR, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking in May 2018. Prior to joining the Group, Tanuj built her career at HSBC. She has worked across multiple HR disciplines in many of our footprint markets (Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, India and London). Tanuj is a Non-Executive Director of the board for Sainsbury’s PLC and is a member of their Nomination and Remuneration Committees. She is also a board member of the UK Financial Services Skills Commission and Asia House, which is a London-based centre of expertise on trade, investment and public policy whose mission is to drive engagement between Asia and Europe.
