Community Colleges are the nation’s primary workforce generator. Unfortunately, as a doctor of Community College Policy and Administration, I live in the community college dessert of Pennsylvania and in order to facilitate the establishment of a new regional community college, I founded a 501 (c)3 non profit organization 12 years ago. Steadily, we have been fulfilling requirements and just recently had a 10 year economic impact forecast completed by EMSI, the leader in labor market data and higher education.
